I’m currently exploring a 3D modeling software platform known as Blender. It appears to have significant features, that all seem to be exportable to Unreal Engine 4, an engine I have seen powering my favourite games like Heroes of Might & Magic 7, xCom2, Divinity: Original Sin, just to name a few.
I have decided to spend my days picking up Blender and Unreal Engine 4. I believe the combination of the two will yield fantastic results for independent game development. I will posting along my learnings in hopes that it might serve as a way for me to cement my knowledge and share it simultaneously.
